Here is another update 0.8.2a, the final Alpha release, which will be followed by a series of Beta releases

Change log:

- Russian interface added;

- the installer updated, language and timezone selection components added;

- menu builder updated;

- Reports interface improved;

- Db_Object_Config, object performance optimized by 7-10%;

- added: an opportunity to create system backups without the zip-module installed

- fixed: MediaLibrary errors related to opening the “Crop” interface right after image upload;

- installation package size reduced;

- "Error Page" design updated.
